His insights, training, and guidance helped lay the foundation for the company’s commercial strategies.

Recognizing his experience and execution capability, he was entrusted with a critical role in plant development — and in 2008, he relocated to Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, to oversee the plant erection and operational setup of Aries Drugs’ WHO-GMP compliant manufacturing unit.

Since the commencement of the manufacturing unit in 2009, Mr. Mathew has been the driving force behind the plant's operations, leading with a hands-on approach and unmatched industry experience. Under his leadership, the plant has achieved:
